Installation & delivery
From driving to sleeping in three moves

Closed for the drive
The tent packs down to about 10" over the cab, and everything in the bed stays locked and sealed.

Lift the main roof
Release the latches and the wedge roof rises on its gas struts. The bed is already made.

Pop the second hatch
Push up the hatch at the cab end for about 40% more room and a window at both ends of the bed.
Turn your Ford F-150 into a base camp

Two pop-ups, one big bedroom
The main roof lifts into a wedge and a second hatch pops up at the cab end, so there's headroom and a window at both ends of the bed. About 40% more room inside than our Single Pop-Up, and no poles to thread.

Inside or outside access
Climb up from inside the truck cap when the weather turns, or use the exterior ladder. Both ladders are included.

Locking MOLLE side panels
Both side hatches lock with two locks each and carry a laser-cut MOLLE grid for recovery gear, tools and storage. Reach into the bed from the side without climbing over the tailgate.

A real bed, not a sleeping pad
A 50" × 100" memory foam mattress comes with every camper, under mildew-proof tent fabric with bug-mesh windows. It's 8 cm thick with a removable stretch cover.

The truck cap camper built for Canadian Ford F-150 owners
The TruckTon Double Pop-Up is a truck cap camper (you'll also hear it called a canopy camper, topper camper, truck bed camper or pop-up truck camper): an aluminium truck cap with a double pop-up rooftop tent built into the lid. On a Ford F-150 it replaces a bed rack and roof-top tent with one low-profile unit, and it weighs a fraction of what a slide-in truck camper does.
Vehicle-specific fit for the 2004–2027 Ford F-150
Every camper is built to order for your F-150's model year and bed length (6'5"), so the fit is specific to your truck rather than a universal topper. At 295–375 lbs it leaves most of your payload for people, water, fuel and gear.
