Terms & Conditions

Shipping

If Truck Accessories (“we”) has your product(s) in stock, you will receive a shipping notice confirming that the items have been dispatched and are on their way. This notice serves as our formal acceptance of your order. In-stock items (excluding scheduled delivery items) typically ship within 1–2 business days from the time the order is placed.

For out-of-stock products, items will be shipped once they are available, and a shipping notice will be sent at that time. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

 

Pre-Orders

Release dates for pre-ordered items are subject to change without prior notice or liability. Pre-ordered products will be shipped as soon as possible following their final release date, which may differ from the originally advertised date.

Order Limitations and Cancellations

We reserve the right to:

● Limit the quantities available for sale.

● Refuse the sale of products at our discretion.

● Reject, correct, cancel, or terminate any order for any reason.

If a product’s price has been incorrectly displayed, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.

Please note that advertisements on our website are invitations to make an offer to purchase products or services and do not constitute a binding offer to sell. An order placed through the Site constitutes your offer to purchase the listed products. Your order will only be accepted when we send you a shipping notice, at which point a legally binding contract between you and Truck Accessories is formed.

 

Pricing and Payment

The total price of your order will be charged to your payment method once the transaction is processed.

If you wish to cancel an order, you may log into your account to submit a cancellation request. We will make every effort to process cancellations, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been shipped.

 

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please refer to that policy for complete details regarding return procedures, timelines, and any applicable restocking fees.

 

Customer Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide (including name, email address, shipping address, and payment details) is accurate, current, and complete.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or additional costs. You must update your account and payment information within 30 days of any changes. Truck Accessories is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from incorrect or outdated information.

 

Liability Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, Truck Accessories will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s).

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, along with any disputes or claims arising from them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. By using our Site or purchasing our products, you agree that any legal action or proceeding will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
