Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your product within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Return

Returns may be declined if:

● The product has been used, installed, or altered in any way.

● The product is not returned with all original accessories and attachments.

● The product is not in its original condition or packaging.

Please note that shipping is available across Canada, with the exception of Yukon and the Northwest Territories.

 

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. To assist with processing, we kindly ask that you provide clear photos of the damage and email them to cs@truckaccessories.ca. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you.

 

Warranty Coverage

All products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty, designed to provide peace of mind and confidence in your purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will not apply in cases of, but not limited to:

● Improper installation or misuse of the product

● Damage resulting from accidents or normal wear and tear

● Wind whip damage caused by operating with an unsecured tarp in motion

● Neglect or inadequate care and maintenance

● Damage resulting from overloading the tonneau cover
